New equipment for MOC Handball athletes
It was during a great event organized at the Atalante gymnasium in Molsheim on November 30, that the MOC athletes received brand new equipment. A strong moment, rich in surprises and emotions, which brought together all the club's licensees and their families in a very friendly atmosphere!
As the main sponsor of the Molsheim Olympique Handball Club, La Royale Investissements France wishes to offer young athletes (from the Babys team to the Senior team) brand new sports equipment. In the presence of Joan Beaufort, president of the LRIF, François Heck, president of the MOC, Matt Pokora and Mayor Laurent Furst, each athlete received a backpack including t-shirts, a tracksuit and a ball.
“Through this equipment, we want to create a real feeling of belonging to the MOC and also to convey a nice image. For a sportsman, it is a source of pride to wear the crest of his club. It seemed important to us that it was no longer reserved only for the flag team!”, explains Kevin Beaufort, head of sponsorship at LRIF.
No less than 400 people gathered at the Atalante gymnasium to experience this event hosted by Benjamin Castaldi, and organized with the help of volunteers and the MOC management committee.
A high-flying program
Each team came down from the stands to enthusiastically receive the equipment.
Then, the youngest had fun on the inflatable structures installed in the gymnasium, and with the face-painting, banner and flag creation workshops.
A raffle was also organized, and a catering service with snacks, fries, pancakes and drinks was offered to everyone, in a very rhythmic musical atmosphere! We felt a real joy in sharing this event together, with young people who were proud to wear makeup in the club colors, , Kevin Beaufort concludes It was an exceptional moment of exchange and communion which gave full meaning to the word “family” in MOC Handbal
A great victory for the flag team
But the party didn’t stop there! Several buses were chartered at the end of the afternoon for those who wished to attend the match organized in Sélestat against the local team. In a wild atmosphere, with very excited supporters, this match ended with a very nice victory with a score of 24 to 39 for the MOC team.
A success which brought this wonderful day to a brilliant end!
