Joan Roger Beaufort is a french entrepreneur born July 26, 1988 in Strasbourg, Alsace.

Joan Beaufort is a true nomad who fits the developer wave. In order to meet market expectations, he meets these expert developers from country to country, notably in Latvia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Dubai and Singapore.

He has thus developed keen strategic and financial expertise in business development and investments following around fifteen years of experience acquired, largely, abroad. This passionate entrepreneur has developed activities in specific markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Luxembourg and Spain.

The majority of Joan Beaufort’s employees, more than 450, work in Europe, in Limassol (Cyprus), in Portugal (Lisbon) as well as in Monaco and nearly 50 employees are now based in Singapore where Joan Beaufort is developing an investment fund: La Royale Capital.

Bruno Studer

Born on June 18, 1978, in Colmar, Bruno Studer first pursued an academic career. After studying geography at the University of Artois and then at the IUFM of Lorraine, he became a history and geography teacher.

Attracted early on by civic engagement, he became involved in politics in the 2010s. A candidate in the 2014 Strasbourg municipal elections under the UDI banner, he later joined the movement La République en Marche upon its creation in 2016. The following year, he was elected deputy for the 3rd constituency of Bas-Rhin, and then re-elected in 2022 until the dissolution of 2024.

Within the National Assembly, he quickly rose to a prominent position: in June 2017, he became President of the Committee on Cultural Affairs and Education. He distinguished himself through his role as rapporteur for the law against the manipulation of information and through legislative initiatives in favor of protecting children, notably by regulating the commercial exploitation of minors under 16 on video platforms and safeguarding their right to their image.

Building on this political and institutional experience, Bruno Studer joined in January 2025 the group La Royale Investissements France, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. His mission: to represent the group’s interests and lead its strategic investments, with a particular focus on the development of École 18.06, an innovative educational project oriented toward the challenges of digital technology and artificial intelligence.

A respected public figure for his expertise in education, culture, and digital regulation, Bruno Studer today embodies the ambition to combine political experience, strategic vision, and commitment to innovation in the service of economic and societal development.

Graduated with a master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Adeline Neves notably worked in a financial audit firm which familiarized her with the environment of companies with different activities. An experience that allows him to easily carry out his mission within La Royale Investissements France.
