Conservation of the French heritage

Joan Beaufort is involved in the rehabilitation and restoration of buildings located mainly in Molsheim, a town of 10,000 inhabitants in Bas-Rhin.

The objective? Preserve the authenticity and beauty of architectural heritage while giving it new life.

He acquired a building located on Place de l’Hôtel de Ville in Molsheim, an old building located on rue de Saverne, as well as a more recent building on avenue de la Gare. These various buildings required significant rehabilitation work, which will be completed in the coming months.
Renovating existing establishments and developing them to create useful businesses for the city are the watchwords of La Royale Investissements France.

Particular attention is paid to the renovation of old buildings, ensuring scrupulous respect for Alsatian architecture. Restoration projects are carried out with materials selected for their quality and durability, in order to preserve the authenticity and charm of these buildings. The teams also work in close collaboration with the Architects of Buildings of France (ABF), to guarantee that each intervention on listed buildings meets the strictest standards.
